Shipping

Please note all prices on our website are in CANADIAN dollars.

GST and/or PST is extra where applicable and will be charged to all Canadian orders prior to shipping.

STORE PICK-UP

You can save the shipping charges by picking up your order in our store.  On your order form please indicate Store Pick Up in the shipping section.  Your order will not be processed until contacted by a Threads employee.  At this time please let us know when you would like to pick up your order.

REGULAR SHIPPING

In Canada, your order should arrive within 6 days of a processed order.  Shipments to the United States should arrive within 9 business days and International orders should arrive within 4-6 weeks from date of shipment.

RUSH SHIPPING

If you wish to receive your order sooner, we do provide the option of a rush shipment.  Rush orders within Canada should arrive the next business day following shipment.  Rush orders to the United States should arrive 2 business days after shipment.

RETURNS

We strive to keep our customers 100% satisfied. We ask that you request your return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Original Receipt must accompany ALL returns.

Due to copyright laws, we regret that we can not accept returns for patterns, kits and books. We also can not accept returns on cut fabric. 
Notions and gifts MUST be in original packaging.

All sale items are FINAL.

We will gladly replace your purchase if damage occurs during shipping. 

We cannot refund shipping and handling charges and you will be responsible for all costs of shipping returns to the store.  Once the item has been received, your credit will be issued.
